In furtherance of the principal object, Jubilant Stewards of Africa have the following ancillary objects and powers:

• Create innovative solutions that enhance agriculture through efficient, reliable and affordable technology and services that offer superior quality, high performance and exceed beneficiaries’ expectation profitably.
• Increasing Aquaculture production and productivity, to ensure food security for the rising population.

• Addressing technology training and input needs of farmers living in Arid and Semi-Arid Land areas and other disadvantaged sections of rural society, with a view to remove the drudgery and burdens of their lives and augmenting their income.

One of the principal causes of poverty among small scale farmers is lack of farm power (labor saving tools and equipment, animal and mechanized power) and importantly access to it. Farm power embraces all forms of power inputs in agriculture and the commercialization of its products, ranging from human inputs, animal traction, engine driven technologies, together with associated tools and implements.
The purpose of Jubilant Stewards of Africa is to create innovative solutions that enhance agriculture through efficient, reliable and affordable equipment and services that offer superior quality, high performance and exceed our customer’s expectation profitably.

Promotion of Blue Economy to spur economic growth, social inclusion, and the preservation or improvement of livelihoods while at the same time ensuring environmental sustainability of the oceans and coastal areas.
