Pacesetters Awards African Chapter

The Pacesetter Award (PSA) is an Industry leadership Recognition survey initiated by Jubilant Stewards of Africa (JSA), a Non-Governmental Organization, to celebrate industry leaders for their innovation, quality products, services, job creation, leadership by example, growing the economy and transforming the society.

• PSA seeks to encourage organizations and individuals to go beyond the call of duty in their service to humanity.
• PSA awards don’t just look at excellence as being top in the industry but look at the processes involved and how organizations go out of their way to serve humanity.
• It also proposes to promote best practices and ethics in industry leadership.
• The awards are based on the Performance Index (OPI) where processes and systems are scrutinized and bench-marked against globally acceptable standards.

The winners are competitively chosen through a thorough process which partly involves a public vote and a panel of judges.

Pacesetters Awards recognize and celebrate the key players in various categories of the sector who have over the years achieved outstanding results and made positive contributions in the industry growth.

At the end of the survey, the nominees will converge for Gala Dinner where the awards will be presented to the winning industry leaders.

 The award recognizes the following categories;

1. Businesses
2. Governments, their staff and agencies
3. Individuals

Each year the Pacesetter Awards are celebrated with a gala dinner that brings together the Pacesetter Awards Winners, the business community, Jubilant Steward alumni, friends and family to toast the achievements of the Pacesetter Awards Winners.
